No. Written estimates for lawns, planting, hardscape and commercial grounds are always free, we visit, measure, talk through layout and plantings, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent replants, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "free estimates" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
How fast can I have a new lawn?+
Most sod projects run two to four days, strip, grade, amend, lay, water. You are looking at grass by the weekend and light use in about three weeks.
What do I do for the first month?+
Water deep on the schedule we leave you, keep traffic light, and let us handle the first mow, it is included, and cutting too early is the classic sod mistake.
Will sod match my existing lawn?+
We match variety where possible, farm-fresh fescue blends take well here. At the seams we blend so the transition disappears within a season.
